Strapmsters USA Strap Return Policy
We will accept straps from our normal stock that have not been tried on or worn for exchange or credit (minus shipping charge) within 3 days of customer’s receipt of goods.
If at any time, a strap is returned due to a defect in workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.
Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged
Any strap that has been worn, tried on, or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If you do not see the strap/stitching combination you desire, or if you don’t see the width or length you need in a strap in our inventory, we can help.At this time, we are able to special order widths, lengths, stitching choices in any of the current stock showing on the site.We are not charging a premium to offer this service and will continue to do so as long as the factory does not charge us.Shipments are orders once a month and take an average of 4 weeks from the time we place the order.
